clean room spacious room full buffet restricted menu missing turkey upfront payment
The room was clean and spacious. It had a large bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower. The breakfast offered a full buffet with many options (i loved the variety!).
The bar menu seemed quite restricted. I ordered a toastie but it lacked turkey, odd. i found the staff member wanted me to pay immediately when i order only drinks.

nice staff comfortable bar missing toiletries basic amenities
the lunch i had at the bar was fine. the fish and chips were presented nicely.
i found the lack of basic room amenities disappointing. needing to request cleaning and toiletries felt cheap, especially since i expected more from this place.

a serene stay near heuston station
respectful staff prime location generous breakfast dedicated employee
i found polite staff always ready to assist and offer smiles. vangelis especially were great too ensure our visit felt special. the hotel's proximity to heuston station made travel simple and easy. the breakfast buffet provided delicious choices each morning.
the paper cups in the room felt out of place for a hotel experience at this level.

the superior king room included comfortable furnishings with autumnal artwork and a restful atmosphere. the bathroom provided soft towels and complimentary toiletries. i found the space adequate for a relaxing stay. there was nice attention to detail.
